Summit XIII 2023 Speakers Eric Barricklow

A successful Technologist and Cybersecurity Leader with broad experience in Federal, State, Local Governments and the Defense Industrial Base, Eric has over 25 years of experience developing and aligning Security programs with organizational needs by developing a deep understanding of the business, assessing potential operational impact, and participating in or driving organizational change. He is passionate about ensuring that security is “part” of the business and not just enabling it. As a trusted advisor, Eric listens to and works with the business in order to develop a proper and relevant security program based on threats to the business. His previous experience includes Director of Cyber for the Institutional Compute Environment at JPL/NASA, CISO for the New Hampshire Army National Guard, as well as Operations Officer on a WMD HAZMAT Team and as an Army Counterintelligence Special Agent (Arabic Linguist). Eric has an MS in Cybersecurity and numerous certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, and CRISC.
